TCP Acceleration	Reduces the effects of latency by reducing unnecessary TCP round trips; automatically adapts TCP window size to ensure WAN links are fully utilized.	Increases throughput over high bandwidth and/or high latency links; achieves highest link utilization.
CIFS & HTTP Acceleration	Uses specific protocol dialects to fully optimize CIFS and HTTP traffic; pre-fetching, read ahead and write behind further accelerates CIFS traffic; particularly effective at improving CIFS performance for links with more than 30 ms latency.	Improves the performance of chatty applications
WAN Memory	Eliminates repetitive data leveraging both RAM caching for interactive applications and hard disk caching for large files and high speed links.	Frees capacity on the network

Only changes to data are sent across the WAN greatly enhancing application response times and eliminating transmission of repetitive data patters.
